Background
Customer was facing issue with navigation keys at the bottom of the touch screen in OPPO F5. She wanted to hide the navigation keys which creates problem while working with full screen mode.
Process
On 16th Oct 2018 (Tuesday), when I was going back to home by metro, I was wearing OPPO black T-shirt. One girl with her friends looked at me and asked me whether I was from HO or sales promoter. I replied accordingly. She also asked me about any service centers nearby (in Gurgaon). I asked her about the issue. She briefed me about the OPPO F5 navigation keys issue. She wanted to hide those keys while operating the phone in full screen mode. I solved her issue and guided her about how to resolve it by entering in Gesture Settings if she faced the same issue in future.
Results
She was very thankful to me for saving her time of visiting Service Center. I also guided her for getting free screen guard and free backcover from Service Center. She was very happy and appreciated for the help even after working hours. Co-passengers who witnessed this conversation also appreciated the work done by me and appreciated the OPPO brand and gave Positive feedback about OPPO phones.
User Orientation
Customer is at first priority.As customer was facing issue and had no time to go to Service Center. I resolved her issue and saved her time and also guided her about free screen guard and backcover which was additional benefit for customer.
Our service concept is reflected in every moment when we face the users, we will do our best to provide users with the most convenient and professional service when they need us.
