2018年OPPO海外客服标准化训练营

我们来了!

It's the first day for Standardization Camp training in China. Our first lesson is about corporate culture. Even though I have learned this before, but this time I got new understandings with headquarter members. Brand story guides us into deeper thinking about OPPO.

这是在中国参加标准化训练营的第一天,我们的第一节课就是企业文化,尽管之前已经学习过这个课程,但这次讲师的课程又带给了我新的体会,品牌故事让我对OPPO有了更深的理解。

开幕式,我们的大家长Leo致辞,表达了对我们的期望。

Day two was so fantastic and interesting! From Miss Xiao, I learned so much about service etiquette that I never know. Persistence is the key to learn everything and meet the service standard!

第二天是有趣的一天!我向肖老师学到了很多关于服务礼仪的细节,贵在坚持,只要我们不断练习,我们也可以以高标准严格要求自己。

Each simple gesture we do will directly represent our attitude. 

每一个简单的手势,都直接体现了我们的个人态度。

It's the third day. I learned how to make a good presentation. I'm more than happy to learn more from our trainer. And we should keep it in mind: Knowing is not enough, we must apply; willing is not enough, we must do it.

第三天了,我学到了如何更好地展现PPT。很荣幸和讲师度过了一天的学习时光,受益匪浅。我想,我们应该始终记得:学以致用,我们不仅要有想去做的意愿,更要在实践中付诸行动。

Group discussion gives us a chance to learn from each other.

团队讨论给了我们一个互相学习的机会。

Role Play, practice for many times for the best impression on users.

角色扮演,无数次的模拟演练,只为了给用户最好的服务体验。

It's the fourth day we spent in headquarters with each of you. Today we had final course presented by our trainer with service scripts, we had discussed a lot scripts that can be used. For how to make our service more friendly and professional, I think we should keep learning and practicing.

在总部学习的第四天,今天我们学习了服务话术。我们一起讨论了很多在实际中有用的案例。为了让我们的服务更加友好和专业,我们会坚持学习与实践。

On the last day, we took an exam and we participated in interesting activities together. Next time we meet, we will bring the best standardization construction results.

最后一天在总部了,我们进行了结业考试以及下午进行了有趣的团建活动。我想,下一次再见,我们会带着最好的标准化训练营的推广成果回来。
